补阳还五汤对小鼠脑组织Na^+、K^+、Mg^(2+)、Ca^(2+)元素影响研究

Effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Na^+ K^+ Mg^(2+) Ca^(2+) Contents in Brains of Mice

目的:观察补阳还五汤对心、脑组织中Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的影响,探讨补阳还五汤治疗脑卒中的作用机制。方法:ICP-MS法测定正常、给药各组小鼠心、脑组织中钠、钾、镁、钙等元素含量。结果:给药组脑组织Ca含量降低,Na、Mg、K元素含量增加。结论:补阳还五汤能够影响小鼠脑组织中Na+、K+、Mg2+、Ca2+的离子转运。

Objective ： To investigate the effect of Buyang Huanwu Decoction on Na＋, K＋, Mg2＋, Ca〉 ＋ , Mg , Ca：＋ contents. contents in the brains of rats. Methods ： ICP-MS was used to detemine the Na , K＋ 2＋ Results ： The Ca2＋ contents in the brains of mice were decreased.The contents of Na＋, K＋ and Mg2＋ were increased. Conclusion ： The function of Buyang Huanwu Decoction is related with the ionic reforming action of Na＋, K＋, Mg2＋ and Ca2＋.
