Fast TLC Identification of Calycosin Glucosidase in Astragalus Radix from Different Sources and Habitats

目的:建立黄芪药材中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的薄层色谱快速鉴别方法。方法:比较不同提取方法与不同薄层色谱条件对毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的影响,确定最佳方法。结果:14批不同来源产地黄芪药材的薄层色谱图中,均检出毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷。结论:本方法简便易行,可用于黄芪药材中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷的快速鉴别。

Objective： To establish an identification method for calyeosin glucosidase in AstragalusRadix. Method： The different extraction methods and chromatography conditions for calvcosinglucoside were compared to choose the bes melhod. Hesults： In 14 batches of Astragalus Radix fronldifferent soures and halitats, Ihe spots of ealyeosin glueoside were all identified in the lhin-layerchromatography. Conlusion ： A simple slable method w＇as provided for fast identification of calyosillglucoside in Astragalus Radix.
