摘要
目的:研究牛蒡子的化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离、纯化,通过波谱解析结合理化性质鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从牛蒡子中分离得到6个单体化合物,根据理化性质和光谱数据分别鉴定为牛蒡子苷元(1)、拉帕酚B(2)、拉帕酚F(3)、拉帕酚C(4)、牛蒡子苷(5)、3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(6)。结论:3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸(6)为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents from Arctium lappa L. Methods: The extracts of Arctium lappa L were submitted to a combination of chromatographic materials, silica gel, ODS column chromatography and finally preparative HPLC was used to obtain six compounds. Results: Six compounds were obtained, and their structures were identified as ( - )-aretigenin ( 1 ), lappaol B ( 2 ), lappaol F ( 3 ), lappaol C ( 4 ), aretiin ( 5 ), 3,5-dicaffeoylqunic acid ( 6 ). Conclusion : 3,5-dieaffeoylqunic acid was isolated from this plant for the first time.
