正交试验筛选大黄清胃浓缩丸提取工艺研究

摘要 目的:对大黄清胃浓缩丸的处方及制备工艺进行研究。方法:采用正交试验设计,以大黄酚含量为指标优化提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为A1B1C1D1,即提取温度为70℃,每次加12倍量水,煎煮3次,每次10 min。结论:经过优化后制备的大黄清胃浓缩丸各项指标符合药典规定,工艺重复性好,适于规模化生产。 Objective:To study the prescription and preparation of Dahuang Qingwei Condensed Pills.Method: Orthogonal experimental design was used and ehrysophanol content as the index of prescription.Results:The best prescription process was AIB1CIDl , that was the extraction temperature was 70 ℃, prescription medicines increased by 10 times the amount of boiling water 3 times, each time 10 min.Conelusion: After optimization of the prescription preparation of Dahuang Qingwei Condensed Pills, it meets the Pharmacopoeia requirements.The process is reproducible and suitable for large-scale production.
