中药不同组分防治糖尿病血管病变研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Different Components in Prevention and Treatment of Diabetic Vascular Lesion

糖尿病血管并发症已成为糖尿病患者致残、死亡的重要原因,糖尿病发展过程中血管内皮细胞的损伤被认为是其并发症发生的共同病理基础。因此,改善血管内皮功能成为治疗糖尿病血管并发症的研究方向。该文就近几年来,中药在防治糖尿病血管病变方面的研究进行综述。

Diabetic vascular complications have become the important cause in diabetic patients with disability, death, vascular endothelial cell injmT during the development of diabetes which is considered to be its complication development common pathologic basis, hnprovement of endothelial function as a treatment of vascular complications of diabetes will be the research direction. Chinese medicine in the prevention and treatment of diabetic vascular diseases in recent years are reviewed in this paper.
