我国针刺疗法历史悠久,就临床而言,针灸具有明显的止痛作用。纵观1979年至今相关文献文章,发现大量研究致力于分项细致研究针刺对神经活性物质影响,鲜有研究者将各神经活性物质进行系统总结。该文选取在针刺中较为公认对镇痛具有确切影响的神经活性物质,对各研究者观点进行总结与阐述。

Acupuncture therapy has a long history in China.Acupuncture has the obvious analgesic effect in the clinic.Reviewing related literature since 1979, we find that a lot of researches go into efforts to kinds of meticulous study on influence of acupuncture on the nervous active material.Few researchers concluded the neural active matter.This article selects neural active substances which war recognized with precise impact, and summarizes the researchers view, and kinds of paper.
