鬃针治疗青少年假性近视临床观察

Mane Needle in Treatment of Youth Pseudomyopia

目的:评价鬃针治疗青少年假性近视的疗效。方法:2011年1月—2012年9月我院门诊就诊的206例青少年假性近视患者均采用鬃针治疗,以观察其疗效。结果:采用鬃针治疗青少年假性近视206例(336只眼),治愈82例(144只眼)占42.85%;显效78例(128只眼)占38.09%;有效26例(35只眼)占10.41%;无效20例(29只眼)占8.63%,总有效率91.36%。结论:鬃针治疗青少年假性近视安全有效,无副作用,且操作简单易于推广使用。

Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of mane needle in the treatment of youth pseudomyopia. Methods： From January 2011 to September 2012,206 cases in our outpatient all used mane needle treatment, in order to observe the curative effect. Results ： Among 206 cases （ 336 eyes ）, there were 82 cases （ 144 eyes ）accounting for 42.85% cured,78 cases （ 128 eyes ）accounting for 38.09% effective, 26 cases （ 35 eyes ）accounting for 10.41% invalid, twenty cases （ 29 eyes ）in vain, accounting for 8.63%. The total effective rate was 91.36%. Conclusion ： Mane needle in the treatment of adolescent pseudo myopia is safe and effective without side effects and the operation is easy for application.
