肢体功能障碍患者针灸康复护理措施研究

Research on Nursing of Acupuncture Rehabilitation for Limb Dysfunction

目的:观察肢体功能障碍患者针灸康复护理措施对患者康复情况的影响。方法:选取我院自2011年12月—2013年3月收治的153例肢体功能障碍患者,分为观察组(79例)和对照组(74例)。观察组采用针灸康复患者针对性护理措施;对照组采用常规护理。比较两组患者不同方式护理后,肢体功能恢复时间、康复优良率和生活能力(ADL)。结果:两组患者愈合时间比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05);优良率比较,观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ADL评分治疗后较治疗前降低(P<0.05),观察组为(19.1±1.4)分,对照组为(22.9±2.1)分,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针灸康复护理有效缩短了肢体功能康复时间,降低了复发率,减少致残率,改善患者预后功能。

Objective ： To observe the impact of the limb dysfunction patients acupuncture rehabilitation nursing measures on the rehabilitation of patients. Methods ： In our hospital from April 2011 to March 2013, 153 cases of limb function disorders, were divided into observation group （79 cases ）and control group （ 74 cases ） .The observation group was treated with acupuncture rehabilitation while the control group with conventional care. The different ways of nursing of the two groups were compared, the recovery of limb function, rehabilitation excellent rate and life skills （ ADL ） were also compared. Results ： The healing time in two groups was significant （ P〈0.05 ）; excellent rate of the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） .ADL score after treatment was decreased significantly （P〈0.05）.The reduction in the observation group was （ 19.1 ± 1.4 ）and in the control group was （ 22.9± 2.1 ） which was lower than that in observation group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture rehabilitation care can effectively shorten the recovery time of limb function, reduce the recurrence rate, reduce morbidity, and improve patients outcomes.
