冷磨法来凤胡萝卜精油化学成分研究

STUDY ON CHEMICAL CONSTITUENTS OF LAIFENG CAROT EXTRACTIVE OIL WHICH IS PRODUCED BY MEANS OF WATER-POWERED TECHNOLOGY

采用 GC- MS- DS技术对冷磨法来胡萝卜精油的挥发性成分进行分析 ,采用中性 Al2 O3柱层析法和紫外 ( UV)光谱对难挥发性有效成分进行分离和结构鉴定 ,研究表明 :冷磨法胡萝卜精油含有挥发性成分 α-蒎烯、β-蒎烯、胡萝卜次醇等 69种和丰富的胡萝卜素。

This test analysed volatility forms in Laifeng carot extractive oil which is produced by water powered technology by means of GC MS DS method,separated its re volatility effective forms and identified its structure by means of column analytic heerarchy process of suffer gender Al 2O 3 and UV Spectrum.We know that there are six ty nine kinds of volatility forms such as α pinene,β pinene and carotol and so on,and a lot of re volatility forms such as carot native and lutein and so forth.
