广藿香根与根茎挥发油成分研究

STUDIES ON VOLATILE OIL OF ROOT AND RHIZOME OF HERBA POGOSTEMONIS

应用气相色谱 -质谱联用技术对广藿香根和根茎中挥发油成分进行了分析 ,从根油中分离出 50个色谱峰 ,鉴定了 4 7个化合物 ,占总量的 95.0 2 % ,主要含广藿香酮( 81.71% )、d-苦橙油醇 ( 2 .88% )、十六烷酸 ( 2 .2 1% )、广藿香醇 ( 1.98% )和 3,7,11-三甲基 - 2 ,6,10 -十二烷三烯 - 1-醇乙酸酯 ( 1.0 9% )等。从根茎油中分离鉴定出 60个化合物 ,占总量的 94 .2 3% ,主要含广藿香酮 ( 63.4 5% )、d-苦橙油醇 ( 5.17% )、广藿香醇( 5.15% )、十六烷酸 ( 5.15% )、牛儿醇乙酸酯 ( 3.93% )、反式法尼醇 ( 1.63% )、反式 ,反式 -法尼醛 ( 1.4 0 % )等。与地上部分相似 ,唯广藿香酮含量特高。

The chemical constitucnts of the volatile oil of the root and rhizome of Pogostemon cablin collected from Gaoyao county,Guangdong province,have been studied by means of GC MS.fourty seven compounds of the volatile oil of the root and sixty compounds of the rhizome have been identified separately.The main constituents are pogostone(81 71%),d nerolidol(2 88%),hexadecanoic acid(2 21%),patchouli alcohol(1 98%) and 3,7,11 trimethyl 2,6,10 dodecatrien 1 ol acetate in the root oil,and pogostone(63 45%),d nerolidol(5 17%),hexadecanoic acid(5 15%),patchouli alcohol(5 15%),geranyl acetate(3 93%),trans fanesol(1 63%) and trans,trans farnesal(1 40%) in the rhizome oil.
