摘要
根据鹿茸组织血液含量较高、骨化较为严重的特点,设计了3种适合双向电泳的鹿茸蛋白质提取方法。筛选出2D-cleanup纯化为鹿茸蛋白质双向电泳的最佳提取方法。
We designed three experiments according to higher blood levels of deer antler tissue and more severe ossification,2D-clean up purified protein was best extraction method for two-dimensional electrophoresis of sika deer antlers.
