摘要
研究三七植株残留物对三七种子发芽的影响,为解决三七连作障碍提供科学依据。采用三七茎、叶和须根在土壤中不同时间的降解提取物处理三七种子,考察其种子发芽情况。结果表明:随着三七植株残体在土壤中降解时间的增加,三七种子的发芽率降低。三七植株残体降解物会导致三七种子发芽率下降,是造成三七连作障碍的原因之一。
To study the effect of Panax notoginseng plant residues on the seed germination,provide scientific basis for the solution of Panax notoginseng continuous cropping obstacle.Panax notoginseng stems,leaves and roots in the soil of different time degradation extract treatment Panax notoginseng and corn seeds germination.Results:with the increase of reduction time of Panax notoginseng plant residues in the soil,Panax notoginseng seed Germination rate decreased.Panax notoginseng plant residue extract will lead Panax notoginseng seed Germination rate increase,which is one of the Panax notoginseng generation of continuous cropping obstacles.
