摘要 卵母细胞体外成熟培养作为现代胚胎生物工程的重要组成部分,是性别控制、体外受精、核移植和转基因等技术成功的前提和关键。本文就卵母细胞来源、培养液成分、培养时间、温度和气相环境等因素对鹿卵母细胞体外成熟的影响进行综述。 Oocyte maturation culture in vitro,as an important component of the modern Embryo Bio-Engineering,is the prerequisite and key of success in sex control,in vitro fertilization,nuclear transfer and gene transfer technique.This review is to address the effects of diverse sources,different raise system,cultured time,temperature and gas environment and so on in vitro maturation of deer oocyte.
