军团病流行特征的研究进展

Legionella and legionnaires' disease epidemic characteristics:a review of recent studies

军团病(Legionellosis或Legionnaire’s disease,LD)的流行已成为现代化城市发展中所面临的一个重要公共卫生问题。特别是欧美国家报道的旅行相关型军团病暴发疫情逐年增多,加上其高病死率,已成为世界范围内迫切需要高度关注的问题。该文对国内外军团病的流行概况及感染来源进行综述。

Legionnaires＇disease has become an important public health problem facing modem urban development. Especially Europe and the United States reported travel-associated legionnaires＇disease outbreak increasing with its high fatality rate,which was important to environment and health issues worldwide,and should be paid more attention to. Therefore, it is particularly important to understand the epidemiological characteristics of domestic and foreign Legionella and legionnaires＇disease. This article summarized the epidemiological characteristics based on the published papers at home and abroad.
