TGF-β/Smad信号通路在动物肠黏膜屏障改变中的作用 被引量:4

摘要 转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)是一组具有调节细胞生长和分化的细胞因子,在肠上皮细胞的增殖和分化中具有重要作用,并对肠黏膜炎症有显著的负调控作用。TGF-β通路表达的异常将导致动物肠道炎症及恶性疾病的发生。TGF-β及其调控的信号通路在维护肠黏膜屏障完整性方面具有重要的作用。综述TGF-β的分类及其信号通路表达异常对肠黏膜屏障功能的影响。
