Research on the Synchronic and Diachronic Structure of Knowledge Service Based on Reader Demand

研究知识服务的运行规律和内部结构层次,可以更好地开展知识服务。文章借鉴马斯洛需求层次理论和格拉斯需求生命周期理论,将读者的知识需求分为五个层次和四个生命周期,并据此绘出知识服务的共时、历时结构图,最后基于共时历时结构图探索了信息服务机构的服务策略。

Using Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs theory and Glass＇s needs life cycle theory for reference, this paper divides reader demand into five layers and four life cycles, aiming to better study the operation rules and internal structure of knowledge serv ce. Then, it creates the synchronic and diachronic structure charts of knowledge service. Finally, the author discusses the service strategies for knowledge service institutes, based on synchronic and diachronic structure diagrams.
