摘要
选取国外具有代表性的开放教育资源(OER)项目案例,分别从资源特征、服务方式、技术特征、遵循标准协议和共享机制等方面进行对比分析,通过这些分析对国外开放教育资源项目建设情况有了深入了解,国外项目开展较早,实践活动相对成熟,在资源的分类组织、提供服务方式和共建共享政策上具有自身优势。最后在借鉴国外实践经验基础上,从项目规划、资源分类组织、服务方式、遵循标准协议、版权问题、可持续发展等方面对我国建设实践提出几点建议。
This paper selects 5 foreign open educational resources (OER) cases as research samples and analyses the way of resources organization and construction, including the resources feature, service modes, technical standard, standard protocol and sharing mechanism, finding that such foreign project development is relatively mature, and has the advantages in such fields as classifying organization, service modes, co-construction and sharing and so on. At last, on the basis of learning from foreign experiences, this paper put forwards some suggestions for resources construction in China, from the aspect of project planning, resources organization, service modes, copyright issues, sustainable development, etc.
