摘要
本文对压缩机实际压缩天然气体多变指数的意义及影响因素进行了分析,指出了它对机组指示功率及效率的影响,分析了在压缩机气质组分一定的情况下,多变指数随排气温度、排气压力的影响,方便调整机组运行工况,以达到节能降耗提高效率的目的。
The paper carried out the analysis of the significance and impact factors of natural gas compressor polytropic exponent, and pointed out its influence on the indicated power and efficiency of the compressor units.In certain circumstance of the compressor gas temperament component, the change of the polytropic exponent with exhaust temperature and exhaust pressure,which facilitate the adjustment of the units operating conditions, in order to achieve the purposes of energy conservation, consumption reduction and efficiency improvement.
