摘要
通过对乙烯空分装置C1001A高速离心式空压机轴振动值高的原因进行技术分析,找到引起装置故障的主要原因,提出处理措施并进行技术改造,有效地解决了设备运行故障,保证了装置的平稳正常的运行。
Aiming at the high value of shaft vibration in ethylene air separation unit C1001A device high-speed centrifugal air compressor,this paper analyzed the reason from the view of technique.The main reason causing the failure was found and the processing measure was pointed out and the technical reform was carried out.The operating failure was solved effectively,which ensured the stable operation of device.
