摘要 目的 探讨从尖吻蝮蛇毒中分离得到的具有凝血酶样酶活性的蕲蛇酶抗实验性肿瘤转移作用。 方法 用尾静脉注射体外培养的黑色素瘤 B1 6和肉瘤 S-1 80细胞的小鼠肺转移模型 ,注射瘤细胞前后分别腹腔注射药物 ,2 0天后处死小鼠 ,计数肺表面转移瘤结节数。 结果 蕲蛇酶剂量在 2~ 5AU/kg ip能明显减少 B1 6在 C57BL小鼠及 S-1 80在昆明鼠的肺转移结节数 ,但对转移瘤小鼠的生命无明显的延长作用。 Objective To investigate the antimetastatic effect on mice experimental cancer by acutobin Methods The experiments were performed by inoculating the B16 melanoma cells into C57BL mice and sarcoma S 180 cells into mice via tail vein respectively Acutobin(a thrombin like enzyme purified from Deinagkistrodon acutus venom) 2~5AU/kg were ip injected before and after the cancer cells inoculating respectively The metastatic cancer nodules were counted on the lung surface after 20 days of inoculation Results The metastatic nodules in the lung of treating mice were marked decreased(P<0 001), but did not affect the life span of mice Conclusion Acutobin appeared to possess antimetastatic effects on mice experimental cancer
