摘要 认知是机体认识和获取知识的智能加工过程,涉及学习、记忆、语言、思维、精神、情感等一系列随意、心理和社会行为。认知的生理基础是大脑皮层的正常功能,任何引起大脑皮层功能和结构异常的因素均可通过不同机制导致一种精神类疾病一认知障碍。胆红素是体内铁卟啉化合物的主要分解代谢产物,具有脂溶性和神经毒性,
