日本大学有着完善的外部和内部治理结构,保障了民主管理、教授治校的良性运行,成就了他们高等教育强国梦想。其大学治理经验对我国建设现代大学制度具有启示意义。但制度往往是内生的,世界上并不存在放之四海而皆准的、绝对优越的制度安排,任何制度都是在一定的发展阶段和特定的社会历史条件下产生的。建设中国现代大学制度只有从中国的实际出发,借鉴他人、立足创新,才能走向理想的彼岸。
