摘要
为了解决求解变齿厚偏曲轴少齿差减速器的变位系数过于繁琐问题,研究了变齿厚少齿差内啮合齿轮设计参数之间的关系,以及满足的限制条件。通过分析变齿厚内啮合齿轮的中心距、啮合角、变位系数之间的关系,提出了基于Matlab最小啮合角变齿厚内啮合齿轮变位系数遍历优化算法,并通过实例加以验证,分析了不同步长对计算结果的影响。指出该方法具有优化效率高、计算简单,避免其他优化方法的缺点。
In order to reduce the workload of solving the modi- fication coefficients of planetary bevoloid gear reducer of less tooth difference with biasing crankshaft, the article analyzed the relation- ships of the centre distance, engagement angle and modification co- efficient of internal bevoloid gears, proposed the optimal choice method of numerical search for modification coefficient based on Matlab for the smallest engagement angle, the method was verified with living example, at the same time the effect of the different step lengths on calculation results was researched. The result shows that the optimum method is accurate, high efficient and simple in calcu- lation, and avoids the disadvantages of the other optimal choice methods.
