一种储热式电暖器的设计

摘要 提出了一种新兴的供暖技术——储热式电暖器。这种装置能将夜间低价电能转换成热能并存储在储热砖中,非低价电时再释放出来。装置控制系统以AT89C51为核心元件,采用DS18B20与K型热电偶作为测温元件,以LCD12864与DS1302构成显示电路,实现了时钟、温度显示、用户控制、电热管温度控制、室内温度控制等功能。每天低价电时对电热管加热若干小时(不同月份加热时间不一),保证室内恒温舒适,不干燥。该系统性能稳定、成本低廉、操作简单、实用性强,具有一定的市场前景和经济价值。 It present a new emerging heating technology which called stored energy type electric heater . The electric energy which in a low nocturnal price can be converted into heat energy by the device, and the heat energy will be released automatically when there is no low price electricity. The control system of the design is based on AT89C51 and uses DSI8B20 and K-type ther- mocouple as the temperature measuring elements,LCD12864 and DS1302 as display circuit. Many function,such as the display of the cun'ent temperature, date and time, User control, the control of the tube's and indoor temperature were achieved. Through heating the electric tube for about several hours (different hours in different months) make the room comfortable and not dry. The system with the advantage of stable performance, low-cost, simple to operate and practicability has market prospects and economic value.
