Treatment of 773 Cases of Snakebite with The Combine of Chinese Treditional Medicine and Westetn Medicine

目的 探讨中西医结合治疗各类型毒蛇咬伤的临床方法。 方法 根据 1 964～ 1 998年收治各类型毒蛇咬伤患者 773例的临床资料 ,分析中草药、西医综合对症治疗及灵活应用抗蛇毒血清的临床疗效。 结果 治愈 765例 ,治愈率 99.0 % ;死亡 8例 ,死亡率 1 .0 %。 结论 建立完善的抢救治疗队伍 ,采用中西医结合的综合性治疗方法 。

Objective In oder to study the methods of treatment with combine the Chinese treditional medicine and the western medicine in the Patients of venomous snakebite Method Acorting to the analysis of the clinical curative effect(include the Chinese herbs,the Synthesige Verifg and the antivenom serum in 773 cases bitten by the venomos snakes between 1964 to 1998 Result 765 cases recover(recover rate 99%), 8 cases death(death rate 1%) Conclusion Buiding contingents of emergency perfectly Using the synthesige verify treatment of the combine of Chinses and the western medicine,may raise the clinical curative effect evidently
