需求视角下的农村公共文化服务体系建设研究——基于H省B市的调查

A Study on Rural Public Cultural Service System under the Perspective of Demand——Based on the Survey of City B in Province H

伴随着我国经济社会的迅猛发展,建设和发展农村公共文化、保障农民群众的文化权益是我国当前和今后的一项长期任务和目标。我国农村公共文化服务体系的建设中存在着投入不足、运营不善等诸多问题,而在国家一再加大文化建设投入的背景下,低效运营、内容缺乏、同农民群众需求脱节等问题显得尤为突出。本研究通过调查问卷和入户访谈的方法调查研究了H省B市农村公共文化服务体系建设的现状,分析农民文化服务需求的特点及农村公共文化服务建设的现状,提出基于需求视角的农村公共文化服务体系建设基本思路。

Along with the rapid development of social economy in our country, in order to protect the cultural rights and interests of peasants, the construction and development of rural public culture system is becoming more and more urgent. However, the rural public cultural service system in China exists many problems, such as the insufficiency of invest- ment, the poor performance of management, etc. Among those problems, the most prominent one is the disconnec- tion of peasants cultural demands and supplies. In this study, by means of questionnaire and household interview in city B of province H, the paper analyzes the characteristics of farmers＂ cultural service requirements and the current situation of rural public cultural services construction, and puts forward some countermeasures to optimizing the rural public cultural service system under the perspective of demands.
