我国运动员文化教育的现状分析与政策建议——基于山东、辽宁、天津和八一队的考察

Existing State and Policy Proposal of Athletes' Cultural Education in China:Based on the Investigation in Shandong,Liaoning,Tianjin and PLA

通过问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,对山东、辽宁、天津和八一队运动员的文化教育现状进行调查,并从认知态度、课程设置、师资水平、时间保障、激励机制等维度进行分析与讨论。为了促进我国运动员文化教育的水平,需要把握以下几点:转变运动员培养理念是关键;增强体育与教育部门合作是核心;探索体教结合新路径是根本;建立运动文化教育奖罚机制是保障;提升文化课教师教学水平是条件;加快运动员文化教育课程建设是补充。

By using the method of questionnaire investigation,interview and data statistics,this paper analyzed and deliberated the existing state of athletes’ cultural education in Shandong,Liaoning,Tianjin and PLA.Then we discussed the results from cognitive attitudes,curriculum design,teachers’ level,time security and incentive mechanism.Based on the research,we think some methods should be taken into activity,such as transforming the relocation idea of athletes’ education and strengthening the communication and cooperation between education and sports administration,seeking a new path for combination of sports and education,thus constructing mechanism on reward and punishment,contemporarily,promoting the standard of teacher and reconstructing the athletes’ cultural education curriculum.
