摘要
以西南地区玉米育种常用的自交系为父本,不同类群的骨干系做母本,按照不完全双列杂交组配49个杂交组合,在贵阳和三亚进行配合力鉴定分析。结果表明:贵阳和三亚两点,一般配合力效应值较高且差异较小的有S273和P159。自交系产量的一般配合力在异地鉴定有一定参考价值;组合间的特殊配合力受环境因素影响差异较大;Reid×Suwan组配模式的组合在贵阳和三亚进行杂交组合的产量鉴定可以相互参考。
Using the popular inbred lines of Southwest China as male parent and backbone inbred lines of different groups as female parent, 49 hybrid combinations were designed according to incomplete diallel cross, and the combining ability were tested in Guiyang, Guizhou and Sanya, Haina. The result showed that the general combining ability (GCA) of S273, P159 were higher and stable, indicating that the general combining ability test of inbred line yield somewhat had reference value for other place. Special combining ability (SCA) among the combinations was considerably different between Guiyang and Sanya. Yield identification result of Reid x Suwan combination can be mutually used for reference in Guiyang and Sanya.
