摘要
对八仙花(Hydrangea macrophylla)叶正丁醇层的化学成分进行分离纯化和结构鉴定。结果表明:分离得到5个单体化合物,分别为羊毛甾醇、三奈酚、绣球内酯-8-O-β-D-吡喃半乳糖苷、异鼠李素和榭皮素。其中,羊毛甾醇、山奈酚和榭皮素为首次从八仙花叶中分离得到。
Five compounds were isolated from the N-butyl alcohol extract of Chinese Vibrunum leaves, and the structures were identified by physieochemical analysis and spectral analysis technology. Results showed that, the five compounds were lanosterol ( Ⅰ ), kaempferol ( Ⅱ) , hydrangenol 8 - O - glucoside ( Ⅲ ), is-orhamnetin ( Ⅳ), quercetin( Ⅴ) , among which, lanosterol, kaempferol and quercetin were firstly isolated from Chinese Vibrunum.
