民生幸福:社会救助伦理价值向度

社会救助作为实践伦理的方式,不仅给予困难者物质上的扶持,而且还给予困难者精神上的慰藉。对于施助者而言不只是同情心、慈悲心、侧隐心使然,还有价值实现,幸福感满足的需要。从生命本体意义上,社会救助其实就是追求民生幸福这一终极目标和当下生存发展的必然。其在价值向度上以民生幸福为目标是政府及社会的本份,是人类理性的必然,是人类感性的需要。

Social assistance as a way of practicing ethics,not only gives the material support to the weak or unfortunate,but also gives spiritual comfort to them.Each of the helpers not only has a sympathetic,compassionate and considerate heart,but also has a need to his realization of values and satisfaction of happiness.From the physical sense of life,in fact,social assistance is the pursuit of the people’ s livelihood and well-being of the ultimate goal and immediate survival needs of the development.People’s livelihood and well-being as the goal of social assistance ethical dimension of value is the duty of the government and the society,and is inevitable human reason and human emotional needs.
