摘要
沙冬青抗旱能力强,对水分亏缺、极端高温、严寒低温、严寒霜冻、风蚀沙埋有特殊忍耐力,对干旱、半干旱的西部地区发展具有重要的生态、社会和经济意义,是目前利用和改造荒漠的先锋优良灌木。本文主要对沙冬青种子萌发的极限温度进行了研究,结果表明:理论上,沙冬青种子萌发的极限高温是42℃,发芽率为0;极限低温是6℃,发芽率为1.67%;最适温度为25℃,发芽率为98.00%。
Ammopiptanthus mongolicus is a kind of fine shrub to transform desert with strong drought resistance amd special resistivity for water deficit, limit high temperature, limit low temperature, severe frost and wind erosion.Through making a research on the limit temperature of seed germination of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus, the results show that in theory, the limit high temperature is 42℃, the germination rate is zero; the limit low temperature is 6℃, the germination rate is 1.67% ; and the suitable temperature is 25℃, the germination rate is 95.00%.
