摘要
以奇异核桃带腋芽茎段为外植体进行试管繁殖,腋芽萌生培养基和分化、继代培养基均为DKW+IBA1.0 mg/L。使用"二步法"诱导生根效果较好,最适诱导生根培养基为DKW+IBA 2.5 mg/L,生根培养基为无植物激素的DKW,生根率可达到65%。
The stem of Juglans hindsii ~ J. regia with axillary bud are used to make tube propagation as explant.The initiation medium, differentiation medium and subculture medium of axiUary bud is DKW ＋ IBA 1.0 mg/L.There is a better effect for root induction by use of Two - step method, the most suitable root induction medium is DKW ＋ IBA 2.5 mg/L, the rooting medium is DKW without plant hormone, and the rooting rate can reach up to 65%.
