内地新疆班高中生生活事件与焦虑、抑郁:学校适应的作用——以浙江省温州中学新疆部为例

On Relationship between Life Events and Anxiety and Depression among Senior High School Students of Inland Xinjiang Class:The Role of School Adjustment——Take Xinjiang Class in Wenzhou Senior High School of Zhejiang Province as an Example

采用青少年生活事件量表(ALSEC)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和学校适应量表(SSBS)对587名内地新疆班学生进行调查,结果发现:①内地新疆班高中生受生活事件影响较小,焦虑症状检出率低,抑郁症状比例较高,学校适应良好;②ALSEC,SAS,SDS和SSBS存在一定的群体差异,并且彼此之间显著相关;③ALSEC直接预测,并通过积极社会行为间接预测了SAS和SDS,通过消极社会行为间接预测了焦虑.认为内地新疆班学生的焦虑和抑郁直接受到生活事件影响,其学校适应行为在影响过程中发挥了部分中介作用.

This paper aims to exploration on how the life events and school adjustment action on anxiety and depression among senior high school students of inland Xinjiang Class, 574 counselors finished the Ad- olescent Self-Rating Life Events Check List（ALSEC）, Self-Rating Anxiety Scale（SAS）, Self-Rating Depression Scale（SAD）, and the School-social Behavior Scales（SSBS）. Results show that： （1） The impact of life events was light and the detection rate of Anxiety symptoms was low, but the rate of depression was significantly high. （2）The differences of ALSEC, SAS, SDS and SSBS among kinds of group were significant, and the correlation of them were in significant level. （3）The ALSEC predicted the SAS and SDS directly, at the same time through positive social behavior indirectly predict SAS and SDS, and indirectly predict SAS through negative social behavior. It can be concluded that life events played a direct role to predict anxiety and depression and school adjustment mediating effect role between life events and mental health among senior high school students of inland Xinjiang Class.
