摘要
镍基涂层是一种得以最广泛应用的涂层材料之一。研究表明,制备方法显著影响镍基涂层的结构、组分形态、缺陷以及耐磨性、耐腐蚀性、磁性能等。总结了镍基涂层的主要制备方法的原理和应用,并对其以后的研究和发展方向进行了展望。
The nickel-based coatings material is one of the most widely used coatings. The study shows that the preparation technique significantly affect the structure, form of component, defects and wear resistance, corrosion resistance, magnetic, etc. of the nickel-base layer. The principles of preparation and application of nickel-based coatings material were summarized in this paper, its future research and development directions are suggested as well.
