摘要
利用费希尔弧菌为菌种,设定温度20℃,在200 g/L氯化钠溶液中培养,通过测定抑制率(%)、修正系数(CF)、零时刻和测定时刻下菌种的发光量,测定松花江水的生物毒性。抑制率均值为-6.2%,修正系数均值为1.53,零时刻发光量为6 358 250,测定时刻下发光量为6 628 288。水质样品中毒性物质浓度与发光量呈较好负相关,松花江水质质量良好。
In this study, we used the strain of Vibrio Fischeri, which was cultured in 200 g/L sodium chloride solution at 20 ℃, to determine biological toxicity of Songhua River with the measured inhibition rate ( - 6.2 % ), correction coefficient( 1.53 ) and the luminescence of stains on time zero (6 358 250) and time testing(6 628 288). The result indicated that water quality of Songhua River in terms of biological toxicity was good.
