惠州大亚湾区海洋休闲渔业发展战略探讨

Study on Developmental Strategy of Marine Leisure Fishery of Daya Bay District in Huizhou

基于大亚湾区休闲渔业开发的基础及市场需求潜力,从休闲渔业度假海湾的主题定位、功能定位、项目建设、空间布局以及发展保障等方面,重新审视大亚湾区休闲渔业旅游深度发展的战略构想。提出完善配套工程建设、挖掘客家疍民文化、整治美化环境、拓展业态融合、优化人力配置、以及加强管理创新等保障措施,期望以此推进大亚湾区专业化、特色化的休闲渔业旅游示范基地的建设,成为惠州市乃至广东省发展滨海旅游的重要内容。

Based on the development foundation of leisure fishery and the potential tourism market demand, the paper tries to rethink the in-depth development strategy for marine leisure fishery in Daya Bay. Some planning ideas have been put forward, such as theme posi-tioning ,function orientation, project construction, spatial arrangement and developmental safeguard measures. In order to promote the construction of the professional, characteristics tourism demonstration base for Daya Bay＇s leisure fishery, six major safeguard measures are also proposed, namely,improving the conveyance system construction, excavating the Hakka Dan culture, renovating and beautifying environment, expanding industries assimilation, optimizing the allocation of human resource, and strengthening the innovation of manage-ment and so on. It is hoped that these planning strategies are beneficial for Daya Bay＇s leisure fishery, and it will become one of the im-portant parts of coastal tourism in Huizhou and even in Guangdong province in the future.
