"五位一体"人才培养体系,就是在系统论思想统领下,以应用型人才培养为目标,以专业应用能力为主线,以突出实践性价值取向的教学体系为核心要素,基础要素、支撑要素、保障要素和环境要素相互支持、协调配合的应用型人才培养体系。河池学院在教育教学实践中不仅在"五位一体"人才培养体系的研究上取得系列理论成果,而且为新建本科院校提供了一些可资借鉴的实践经验。

＂Five - in - One＂ system is an applied talents cultivating system which aims to cultivate applied talents, takes professional application competence as mainline, and takes the teaching system highlighting practical value as core factor, basic factor, supporting factor, guarantee factor and environment factor. In the practice of ed- ucating and teaching, Hechi University has not only achieved a series of theoretical achievements in the research of ＂Five - in - One＂ talents cultivating system, but also offered some practical experience to newly - established uni- versities for reference.
