摘要 大学生心理健康教育越来越受到关注。河池学院课程研究组基于当前形势下,反思传统心理健康教育的不足,以人本主义理念为指导,结合民族地区本土文化背景,通过近5年时间的研究与实践,确立"以学生为中心"的理念,体现"促进民族认同和民族团结、培养良好心理素质"两个核心目标,从"开发特色课程"、"创新课程教学模式"、"改革课程评价体系"、"拓展课外心育活动"、"完善课程配套体系"、"提出本土化实施方案"等六条实践路径,打造了特色鲜明的民族地区高校大学生心理健康教育课程实践模式,课程改革取得了初步成效。 University students'mental health education has been paid more and more attention. Hechi Uni- versity course research group bases on the current situation, reflects on the deficiency of traditional mental health education. Taking humanism idea as guidance, combining local cultural background of minority areas, the group, through nearly 5 years of research and practice, has established a student centered philosophy and set up the goal of "promoting the national identity and national unity and cultivating good psychological quality. " Through the follow- ing six practice approaches of developing distinctive course, creating new teaching mode, reforming curriculum e- valuation system, developing extracurricular educational activities, perfecting curriculum matching system, and pro- posing localization scheme, the research group has created a practice model for university students in minority areas, and distinctive and characteristic mental health education has achieved initial effect in curriculum reform.
