和谐社会视角下城市生态社区建设——以湖南省为例

City Ecologic Community Area Construction under the View of Harmony Society: Taking Hunan Province as an Example

社区是城市社会的细胞,是构建和谐社会的基石,全球性资源短缺、自然生态恶化等现象促使人们转而用生态可持续观点来重新认识和思考城市问题。城市生态社区建设是构建和谐社会的重要组成部分。湖南省生态社区建设存在社区居民环保意识薄弱、社区管理法律法规不健全和城市生态社区建设规划滞后等问题,我们应该采取逐步建设和完善城市生态基础设施、构建城市生态交通系统和运用节能低耗的建筑设计等措施,为尽快尽早建设湖南城市生态社区,构建和谐社会作出贡献。

The social community is a cell of a city society and a basic stone of the harmony social order construction. The ecologic community area is the important part of construction harmonic society in Hunan. The existed problem of construction of the ecologic communities is that the local residents＇ lower views of environment, incomplete laws and stipulations of management in communities and behind-hand planning of city ecology. We must make contribution to constitute the harmonic society based on construction and completion of the city infrastructure, to constitute the ecologic transportation and energy-save and lower- carbon building design so that it is to achieve the ecologic communities in Hunan.
