摘要 优化了用于氢解脱苄反应用5%Pd/C催化剂的制备工艺,主要讨论了载体预处理、浸渍工艺、还原工艺以及助剂种类及用量对催化剂活性的影响.研究结果表明:不同载体对催化剂活性的影响很大,以C1为载体,当浸渍液pH=7,助剂用量为1%,还原剂为KBH4,金属与还原剂用量为1∶1.5,还原体系pH=6时,制备的催化剂在苯甲酸苄酯模型反应中的活性P20为0.200 MPa,助剂的使用能够精确控制催化剂的活性. This study is an attempt to optimize the preparation methods of 5% Pd/C catalyst applied to hydrogenolysis debenzylation reaction. The effects of vector pretreatment, impregna- tion process, reduction process, and differing promoter type and amount on the catalyst activi- ties is discussed. The result shows that the effect of different vector on catalyst activity is promi- nent. Under the condition that C1 is the vector, impregnating solution pH = 7, promoter a- mount 1%, reducing agent KBH4, metal and reducing agent 1 : 1.5, reducing system pH = 6, and the activity P20 of the catalyst prepared within the benzyl benzoate model reaction 0. 200MPa. The activity of the catalyst can be precisely controlled by promoter.
