摘要
介绍了林木分子遗传图谱构建中所使用的分离群体和分子标记 ,着重综述了国内外林木遗传图谱研究的现状 ,对已建立图谱的树种的作图情况作了较详尽的总结 .
Several sorts of mapping populations and molecular markers used in the construction of genetic maps were reviewed.Many molecular linkage maps have been constructed for forest trees. The situation of those maps was summarized in detail.
