摘要
采用 PC/ Gene软件对能扩增出特异带和不能扩增的 PCR引物进行同源性比较 ,同源间“裂口 ( gaps)”差数的统计 ,得出同源率小于或等于 35% ,“裂口”差数大于或等于 3,是获得理想 PCR扩增效果的关键参数之一的结论 。
Homologous rate , which was less than 35% (including 35%), and gaps between primers , which was more than 3 (including 3), were the key factors of an ideal PCR amplification , by using PC/Gene software to analyze the homologization of amplified or unamplified PCR primers. This conclusion provided a straight basis for primers designation.
