摘要
本文提出了地倾斜预报地震三要素的某些判据,并就此进行了分析讨论。
This paper proposes some criteria used to predict the 3 key elements of earthquakes (i.e., the origin time, locality and magnitude) by the ground tilt data. Discussions are also unfolded on relevant problems.
