摘要
为解决强迫对流传热实验的数据处理工作量大的问题,文中利用Excel软件的计算功能,提出最小二乘法、函数法、直线拟合法和指数曲线拟合法共4种实验数据处理方法。并以确定横掠单管强迫对流表面传热准则关联式为例,对4种方法的可行性进行了验证。研究表明4种方法计算结果完全一致,计算精度高,计算工作量小,具有很好的工程应用价值。
To overcome the onerous data processing task of forced convection heat transfer test,four methods of test data processing are developed,including least square,function,line fitting and exponentially curve fitting based on the calculating function of Excel software.The feasibility of these methods is verified by obtaining the dimensionless equation in convection of forced convection heat exchange by air sweeping across a single tube as an example.The research shows that the calculated results of four methods are equal,and these methods have high precision,lower calculating amount and good engineering application value.
