The concept and background of the opening-up and sharing of large-scale apparatus and equipment in universities were introduced.Based on working practice,main problems（low utilization rate,imperfect management system,low level of operation） in the opening-up and sharing management of large-scale apparatus and equipment in universities were discussed and analyzed.Because investment mechanism of large-scale instrument and equipment is not perfect,management is closed off,rigorous scientific proof is insufficient before purchase,management mode is limited,the management system opening to the outside world is lack,operation management level is low and management and technical team is not enough.
