3月14日，原卫生部在其官网发布由时任部长陈竺签署的《新型大型医用设备配置管理规定》。根据定义，其所称的新型大型医用设备是指，首次从境外引进或国内研发制造、经药品监督管理部门注册、单台（套）市场售价在500万元以上、尚未列入国家大型医用设备管理品目的医学装备。

Despite the various control measures over the large medical devices,the should-be forbidden behaviors have never stopped.The conflicts between the approval rights of the administrative departments and the needs for medical devices of healthcare facilities are very hard to settle.Some healthcare facilities purchase large medical devices without approval,but only receive slight punishment,which sets a bad example to demonstrate that the regulation violators could get what they want at a small price.
