摘要
在猕猴(Macacamulatta)繁殖季节,测试了12只产于福建的成年雄猴精浆若干生化参数。结果,精浆的果糖浓度为11.98±0.98g/L,酸性磷酸酶活性为(1.818±0.749)×105IU/L,α1,4糖苷酶活性为1.76±0.46IU/L,肉毒碱浓度为319.82±65.61μmol/L。
Some biochemical parameters of seminal plasma were measured in twelve adult male rhesus monkeys (Macaca mulatta) in the breeding season. The results showed that the levels of fructose, novain, the activities of acid phosphatase and α1,4glycosidase were 11.98±0.98g/L, 319.82±65.61μmol/L,(1.818±0.749)×10 5 IU/L and 1.76±0.46 IU/L respectively.
