摘要 目的观察白藜芦醇对小鼠Lewis肺癌和4T1乳腺癌转移的影响。方法采用小鼠自发性肿瘤转移模型,通过检测原位肿瘤、肿瘤肺转移结节数及免疫器官指数来研究白藜芦醇对小鼠Lewis肺癌和4T1乳腺癌转移的影响。结果白藜芦醇可有效抑制小鼠肺癌和4T1乳腺癌原位肿瘤及肺转移结节数,增强小鼠的癌症相关免疫反应。结论白藜芦醇有明显的抗肿瘤生长和转移作用。 Objective To study the anti-metastatic effect of resveratrol in mice bearing lewis lung cancer and 4T1 mammary cancer. Methods The antimetastasis of resveratrol was investigated by spontaneous metastasis of lewis lung cancer and 4T1 mammary cancer in mice, tumor in situ, metastatic nodules and immune organ index were evaluated. Results Resveratrol could effectively suppress tumor in situ and metastatic nodes in lung and enhance cancer-associated immune response in mice. Conclusion Resveratrol has obvious roles for inhibiting tumor growth and metastasis.
