摘要
目的确定回流提取法提取栾树果皮中总黄酮成分的最佳提取条件。方法利用回流法提取栾树果皮中的总黄酮,考察乙醇浓度、料液比、超声时间3个因素对总黄酮提取率的影响,用紫外分光光度法测定总黄酮吸光度,通过正交实验确定提取的最佳工艺条件。结果最佳提取工艺条件为体积分数40%乙醇、料液比1∶30、回流时间120min。结论此方案为栾树果皮中总黄酮最佳的提取方法。
Objective To find out the best method to extract flavone ingredient from goldenrain tree peel using reflux. Methods Flavone ingredient was extracted from goldenrain tree peel using reflux, and the influence of three factors(ethanol concentration, material liquid ratio, time of ultrasonic) was explored for the extraction proportion of flavone ingredient solvent using reflux method, and then the best extraction conditions were found out using the measure of the absorbency with ultraviolet spectrophotometry and orthogonal test. Results the best extraction conditions were ethanol concentration of 40%, material liquid proportion of 1 : 30, reflux time of 120 min. Conclusion The scheme for the extraction of flavonoids best in koelreuteria paniculata tree peel method.
