依达拉奉治疗特发性肺纤维化的效果分析

The analysis of effect of edaravone in the treatment of idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

目的探讨依达拉奉治疗特发性肺纤维化(Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,IPF)的临床疗效和安全性。方法将IPF患者42例随机分为2组:治疗组22例,依达拉奉治疗;对照组20例,常规甲基强的松龙治疗。观察咳嗽、咳痰和呼吸困难等症状,胸部HRCT和肺功能、血电解质和血压、消化道表现(反酸、烧心及上消化道出血等)。结果治疗2周,2组均有明显疗效,反应良好者,治疗组达17例(77%),对照组16例(80%)。对照组有5例(25%)患者发生低血钾、高血压、消化道表现(反酸、烧心),治疗组则没有发生。结论与常规甲基强的松龙治疗相比,依达拉奉具有强的松龙同等的疗效,比甲基强的松龙不良反应减少。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and safety of edaravone in treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （IPF）. Methods The 42 patients with IPF were randomly assigned into two groups： 22 patients in treatment group were given edaravone, and the 20 patients in the control group were treated with routine meprednisone. The index for observation were symptom of cough expectoration and expiratory dyspnea, chest HRCT and pulmonary function （PF）, serum electrolytes and blood pressure, and the gastrointestinal symptoms （acid reflux, heartburn, and upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, etc. ） Results Distinguished clinicle effects have appeared in both 2 groups after two weeks of treatment, including 17 good responders （77%） in treatment group and 16 （80%） in the control group. 5 patients （25%） in the control group had symptoms of hypokalemia, hypertension, and gastrointestinal symptoms （acid reflux, heartburn, etc. ）, while patients in treament group had no any symptom. Conclusion Compared with the routine meprednisone treatment, edaravone has the equal curative effect with prednisone and less side reaction than methylprednisolone.
